Since we can't process refunds for in-app purchases made via Apple, please follow the steps below to get a refund for your purchase:

  1. Navigate to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2.  Select “Report a Problem” next to the purchase you want to get a refund for.
  3. Select the reason for the refund.
  4. Submit your request.
