Deleting your account and personal data
There are two ways for you to request the deletion of your account and personal data:
- From the game directly (recommended):
- Tap on the ☰ icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Go to ⚙️ SETTINGS
- Tap on MANAGE ACCOUNT
- Tap on ACCOUNT DELETION
- From the Web:
- Click on Delete My Account below
Please note the following:
- We can only process your account deletion request after you give us the information to verify your account ownership.
- Depending on how you’ve engaged with our services and the types of data you may have shared with us, the deletion process may include working with our game team(s) to erase your information from game servers and/or other locations and/or de-identifying data so that it is no longer traceable to you, within the time limits prescribed by applicable regulations.
After your information is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to play the game using the same account and lose your account's progress and other related information.
- You will not be refunded for unused items you may have purchased.
- We may be unable to provide you with additional information as your contact information will no longer be available.
- If you decide to play our game again, we may consider this a new account and collect and process personal information associated with that account according to our Privacy Policy.
