Q: What is the Prestige Album and how do I unlock it?
A: The Prestige Album starts after the regular album is completed. In prestige, the entire album resets and you have a chance to collect stickers again. Prestige albums have extra prestige sets, more rewards to earn, and special Prestige-only prizes.
Q: All of my stickers are gone and my entire album has been reset!
A: Don't worry, this is normal when entering prestige! On completing your previous album, you unlock Prestige Album, which starts fresh. While your previous album stickers don't carry over, all new stickers you collect will count towards your Prestige Album progress. Unused stars from the previous album will carry over.
Q: How many prestige albums are there?
A: The sky's the limit! You can complete as many Prestige Albums as you'd like while the current album season is live.
Q: What are the differences between Prestige Album and Regular Album?
A: The Prestige Album starts after the regular album is completed. Prestige album provides a fresh challenge with extra sets to complete and the chance to earn album rewards (sometimes with unique Prestige rewards) again!
Q: Will I lose all my stickers and duplicate stars after I moved to Prestige Album?
A: Regular Album stickers don't transfer to the Prestige Album. But don't worry – unused duplicate stars from the regular album will carry over to the Prestige Album and stored in the vault. These stars will be used up first when any vault is opened in the Prestige Album.
