As clearly indicated in our Terms of Service (Section 2), we do not tolerate abuse, harassment, or threats directed at our staff. If a player uses offensive language when reaching out to support, that player may be put on hold without further communication for a day, a week, or even permanently.

A: If you have been restricted from human support, it means that your previous interactions included offensive or inappropriate behavior towards agents, which violates our guidelines.
Q: What happens when my restriction ends?
A: When your restriction period is over, you will regain access to human support.
However, if offensive behavior continues, further restrictions may be applied, which may escalate in severity.
