If you are playing as a guest, your game progress cannot be saved if the app is uninstalled. So, we strongly recommend connecting your game to a Facebook or Apple account. In addition to safeguarding your progress, playing with Facebook allows you to play with friends!

If you have lost your progress while playing with a Facebook or Apple account, please follow these steps:

1. Tap on the three bars menu at the top right of the game's main screen.

2. Tap on the Gear icon to access the Settings at the bottom of the menu list.

3. Click Manage Account

4. Tap on "Connect Account."

Tap on "Play with Friends" if your account was connected to a Facebook account and "Sign in with Apple/Google Play" if it was connected to your Apple/Google Play account.
