Q2: What steps can I take to receive my purchase?
A2: Make sure you have the most updated version of MONOPOLY GO! To do so, head to your app store and see if there’s a new update to the game. if there is, make sure to download the new update. Exit and restart the game. Check with your bank or payment platform to verify that the payment went through. You can also reach out to our customer service using the "Customer Service" button in the Settings menu.
Q3: Someone else made a purchase in my game
A3: Any type of purchase, whether deliberate or accidental, is handled by the payment platform that you used for the transaction. Requests must go through the platform's resolution center. We strongly recommend that you set up Parental Controls on your device to avoid this in the future.
